Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup of onion
1 package taco seasoning
1 diced tomatoes
1 small can of sliced black olives
8 ounce package of shredded cheese of choice
1 small sour cream
Â*Â*salsa of choice
1 package of Jiffy pizza crust mix, or Bisquick biscuit mix
Brown beef and 1/4 cup of onions, drain, and mix taco seasoning according to directions. Set to side.
Mix together the Jiffy or Bisquick crust mix. Spread in a 8X8 greased pan. Place in pre-heated oven at 350 for 5 to 8 minutes till top is raised and slightly stiff.
Spread the beef mixture evenly on top of the bread base. Layer the cheese next, than onions, black olives and tomatoes last. Bake till cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Serve with sour cream and salsa. Also great with guacamole. It is as good leftover as fresh. This one is a winner with teenagers.
